CDOM is analysed spectrophotometrically by scanning from 250 to 700 nm wavelengths peaks absorption. DOC and Inorganic nutrient concentrations are obtained after sample filtration through 0.2 µm filters. DOC will be analysed later on at home with a Shimazdu TOC-analyzer. Nutrients by using a nutrient autoanalyser.
